How to Check FASTag Balance, Check Balance in FASTag: FASTag is an electronic toll collection system, operated by the National Highway Authority of India. It is a prepaid tag, affixed on the vehicle’s windscreen, which enables automatic deduction of toll charges and lets the vehicle pass through the toll plaza without stopping.
Currently, the FASTag is being sold by NHAI, Axis Bank, Paytm Wallet, ICICI Bank, Airtel Payments Bank, Yes Bank, Federal Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak, SBI, and many more banks/wallets. The FASTag can be recharged form the website or app of the respective issuer (bank or wallet). Likewise, the customers can check FASTag balance by logging into the issuer app or website. In addition, you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number, every time money is deducted from your FASTag account. - Paytm Wallet: You can visit the FASTag sub-wallet in the passbook section of your Paytm app
- Axis Bank – Call 1800-419-5959 to get your Account Balance or check it in the Axis bank app.
- ICICI Bank / ICICI Pockets: For both ICICI Bank and ICICI Pockets FASTag customers, the FASTag Account can be accessed through ICICI Bank Pockets application. Log in to the updated Pockets application and click on the FASTag icon to know the available balance
- Airtel: Login to the Airtel Payments Bank account/wallet or myairtel app, or call Airtel FASTag Customer Care number – 400 or 8800688006 from your registered mobile number.
- Yes Bank – Customer will receive SMS alerts on his registered mobile numbers for all the transactions done in his tag account. Also, customers can access their statements by logging on the FASTag customer portal or on Yes Pay Wallet.
- HDFC Bank – Log in to FASTag Portal (www.hdfcbank.com/fastag) with your User ID / Wallet ID and Password. The available FASTag balance will be displayed on the home page.
- SBI – Call on toll free SBI FASTag number 1800 11 0018 to check your FASTag balance issued by SBI Bank.
