Bangalore Curfew News: PM Modi Argues for Janta Curfew on Sunday 22nd March 2020

Bangalore Curfew, Janta Curfew in Bangalore: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged all the citizens of the country to stay off the roads and public places on Sunday i.e. 22nd March 2020. This is an attempt to contain the spread of Coronavirus. The virus has affected 180 people in India that includes 2 from Bangalore reported today (19th March) and 14 from across Karnataka.

The Janata Curfew in Bangalore starts from 7 AM in the mornings and shall continue until 9 PM on Sunday. During the Janata Curfew, people are requested to avoid visiting public places and stay at home for a period of 14 hours on Sunday.

PM Mode said, ” During the Janta Curfew, all countrymen have to follow the Janta Curfew on 22nd March 2020 from 7 AM to 9 PM”.

This is to be noted that the people working in hospitals, police personals, firefighters, ambulance service and more essencial services nationwide will not take part in the Janata Curfew.
