Vivo and hotstar are hosting a contest on Hotstar called “Vivo IPL Election Se Selection“. In this contest, the participants have to choose their favorite Tournament team and vote any 1 (one) player. If the voted player gets selected by the favorite team during the Vivo IPL auction being held on 18th Dec 2018, then the participant becomes eligible to become a winner.

Vivo IPL Election Se Selection Details, Terms & Conditions
- This Contest is hosted by Star India Private Limited (“STAR”) for the promotion of the VIVO Indian Premier League, 2019.
- The Contest will be conducted from 8th December 2018 to 17th December 2018.
- The contest winners will be announced by Star on the Platform or Star Sports India Twitter profile at the URL http://twitter.com/starsportsindia/ or Star Sports India Facebook page at the URL https://www.facebook.com/starsportsindia.
- The Contest is a game of knowledge & skill whereby the Participants would have to choose their favorite Tournament team.
- The Participants would then be asked to choose or vote for 1 player, which in their opinion would or should be picked by their Favourite Team in the player auction to take place on 18th December 2018, at VIVO IPL Auction.
- If the said player is also picked and bought by the Participant’s Favourite Team in the VIVO IPL Auction, then the Participant is to be classified in a pool of potential winners Pool.
- All Participants must register themselves on the Platform.
- All the Participants must be residing in India during the Contest Period.
- Each Participant is required to visit the Platform and answer the Contest Question.
- The Participant should submit their entry containing their answers to the Contest Question on the Platform during the Contest Period.
- Any Entry which does not contain all of the elements mentioned in this paragraph shall not be considered a valid Entry and shall be deemed null and void without the requirement of any intimation by STAR.
- The editorial team of STAR shall select 8 lucky winners via randomizer i.e. one lucky winner per Tournament team, from amongst the Winners.
- The winners shall be selected on the basis of the relevance and correctness of their Entries or other criteria as the editorial team shall deem fit.
- Each Winner would be awarded a prize.
- The prize for the Winners shall be an all-expense paid trip to New Zealand to watch a cricket match.
- For the Trip, STAR shall bear only the following expenses – return flight tickets for the Winners, tickets for the cricket match, hotel accommodation for the Winners (in New Zealand), three meals for each Winner per day during the duration of the Trip and local transfer from the hotel to the stadium where the cricket match will be held, and back.
