Bharti Airtel has removed the FUP limit from its Airtel Broadband plans. This comes after its rival Reliance Jio has launched the Jio Giga fiber FTTH broadband on 5th July 2019. This new development is currently available in Hyderabad city, whereas we will soon be able to see NO-FUP or Truly Unlimited data plans in all other cities of India.
As of now, these benefits are applicable to 4 plans i.e. of Rs 349, Rs 499, Rs 699 & Rs 1299. The data transfer speed in all the plans varies from 8 Mbps to 100 Mbps. Whereas in the announcement Jio has announced that the Giga Fiber will offer the speed of upto 1 Gbps. Last month (June) Airtel has started an offer, where every user who takes 6 months or 12 months subscription will get 20% discount rentals.
